  • Cost: $0 | 35-40 minutes

    This is an initial meeting to discuss whether Rooted In Love Midwifery is a good fit for your pregnancy and birth journey. This is a 30-45 minute visit where you and your partner can come learn more about us, ask questions, and we will ask questions as well.

  • Cost: $7,000 (Previous clients receive $250 discount

    • Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM, ARNP) as your primary provider

    • Registered Nurse (RN) assistant

    • All prenatal visits

      • standard labs (drawn in our clinic), Fresh Test, etc.

    • Ultrasound* orders

    • Hormone monitoring and prescription, if needed (i.e. progesterone, thyroid)

    • Birth supplies 

    • Newborn foot prints

    • Newborn care up to 28 days including breastfeeding/lactation consulting

    • 1-2 in-home postpartum visits

    • 2-week and 6-week postpartum visits in the clinic

    • Hearing screening in the clinic

    • Additional postpartum visits available as needed

    • Discounts on IV therapy/injections

    • Complete health history

    • Head to toe assessment

    • Lab orders (thyroid panels, etc.)

    • DUTCH, GI Map, P88, mold testing, MTHFR, etc. (billed separately)

    • Ultrasound* orders (billed separately by the Radiology clinic)

    • Supplement suggestions and/or prescriptions as needed

  • Cost: $100 | up to 20 minutes, tele-health when possible

    • Review progress

    • Discuss plan of care

    • Supplementation/medication review

Occasionally we will send you directly to the lab for your own convenience outside of our clinic hours. The lab sites are in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. Functional Medicine specialty labs will be sent directly to your home. Labs and ultrasounds are billed separately.
